長庚大學呼吸治療學系賴盈如老師與醫學系長庚醫院心臟內科葉勇信教授、陳偉踐教授合作，研究成果突破性的發現：mir181b (微小RNA)藉由降低Semaphorin3A導致心房內膜纖維化與心房顫動有顯著相關，發表於 The Journal of Clinical Investigation (JCI) (臨床研究雜誌)國際頂尖期刊。(SCI, 2021 IF=19.456)。 臨床研究雜誌是提供生物醫學研究者推動實證醫學、發表實證研究之重要雜誌，對於基礎研究和臨床醫學治療連結轉譯研究具有相當的影響力。此研究結果於心房顫動與心房纖維化重要的致病機轉，將來有助於發展新的臨床治療標的，以及在治療上可能的臨床應用，其貢獻潛力受到肯定，使本校研發團隊的成果能受到國際注目, 並由臨床研究雜誌特寫Editorial commentary。 期刊原文: https://www.jci.org/articles/view/142548 Editorial commentary: https://www.jci.org/articles/view/16107

能順利從臨醫所畢業，一路上受到許多的幫助，心中充滿感謝。在賴盈如老師實驗室學習有著一段深刻的學習體驗。 不同於大學時期以被動接收的學習方式吸收知識；在研究所階段，指導老師教導我解決問題的方法，透過閱讀學者的文章，學習如何整理資料、分析問題、解決方法，以及分析文章的優缺點。除了研究上的學習，在生活方面，研究所階段更需要保持自動自發的態度並學習調整自己。 轉眼間結束了二年研究生生活，感謝許多人的參與，讓我的學習生活多采多姿，擁有一段難以忘懷的學生時代。 陳柏汝 Po-Ru Chen
